| Ric Johnsen |
President & Chief Executive Officer
Ric Johnsen, President & Chief Executive Officer at Alloptic, brings over 25 years of industry- related experience to the position. His diverse background includes positions in engineering, manufacturing, and international sales and marketing.
Prior to joining Alloptic, Mr. Johnsen served as Vice President at OFS where he was responsible for the Global Sales and Marketing Efforts for the Optical Fiber and Optical Fiber Cable Product Lines. Prior to OFS, Mr. Johnsen served in a number of key positions for Alcatel's Optical Fiber Division which included Vice President of Business for Europe and Asia, Vice President of Sales, North America, and Director of Operations Optical Fiber Cable North America. Mr. Johnsen has also enjoyed a career with the United States Army. This included serving as the Engineer and Project Manager on the fiber optic network upgrade for the US Army Berlin project.
Mr. Johnsen has a BS in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York and a MSEE in Communications Engineering at the United States Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, California. |
| Tom Warner |
Chief Operating Officer & Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Operating Officer, Tom Warner is responsible for engineering, operations, technical support, finance, and human resources.
Prior to joining Alloptic, Tom was Vice-President of Engineering for Tut Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of high-speed copper based Internet Access Systems. While at Tut Systems, Tom grew the Engineering organization to 10 times its original size and lead the development of products that sold over 300K lines. Prior to Tut Systems, Inc., Tom worked as Vice-President of Strategic Product and Systems Management for Ericsson/Raynet. Ericsson/Raynet was one of the first companies to design and sell a Fiber-In-The-Loop (FITL) telephone system using PONs to deliver traditional telephony to the home.
Tom has a BSEE from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

| Shane Eleniak |
Vice President, Marketing and Business Development
With more than 16 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, Mr. Eleniak is responsible for leading Alloptic's marketing, product management and business development.
Prior to Alloptic, Shane was Senior Vice President of Business Development for Corente, a privately held security and application management company, where he guided product and corporate strategy and developed several key channel relationships. Prior to Corente, Mr. Eleniak was Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Corrigent Systems, the leader in packetized metro transport. He was responsible for creating Corrigent's marketing vision, developing their industry leading product strategy, managing worldwide customer and channel relationships and growing the company from conception to $100M revenue. Shane has previously held several key management positions in marketing, strategy, business development and engineering at such industry leaders as Centerpoint Broadband Technologies, Newbridge Networks and Telus Corporation.
Mr. Eleniak holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (with distinction) from the University of Alberta
